US Magistrate Judges Foley and Hoffman to Retire

On August 16, 2018, the United States District Court for the District of Nevada announced the pending retirements of two United States Magistrate Judges.

United States Magistrate Judge George W. Foley, Jr. will be retiring on August 5, 2019. United States Magistrate Judge Carl W. Hoffman, Jr. will be retiring on August 4, 2019. In the court’s press release, the court commented,

“The Court extends its gratitude to Judge Foley and Judge Hoffman for their years of service to the federal judiciary and to the community.”
