On Friday, June 3, 2016, from 1:00 to 3:15 p.m., the Clark County Bar Association (CCBA) will host a seminar for members of the bar and the supporting legal community.
The seminar “ Preparing Your Witness for Deposition Versus Trial” will feature Nevada trial lawyer Danielle Tarmu as the speaker.
Danielle has been practicing law since 2009. After working in general liability defense for a year, she joined the firm and has been passionately representing plaintiffs ever since. She works with partners Tracy Eglet and Dennis Prince on Eglet Prince’s injury team on cases involving catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, and unfair claims practices. Danielle assists partners in trial and preparing cases for trial, primarily in analyzing cases, developing litigation strategy, and researching and writing motions, oppositions, replies, and other litigation briefs. Danielle’s focus on legal writing has earned her a strong reputation in the Nevada legal community for this skill.
This seminar will focus on the differences in how to prepare clients and lay witnesses for depositions versus trial.
This seminar is designed to provide 2 General CLE credits for Nevada attorneys and will be held in the Mock Trial Courtroom at Depo International located at 703 South 8th Street in downtown Las Vegas. Seating will be limited. To attend this seminar, people will need to pre-register with the CCBA.
