Nevada Department of Transportation Seeks Letters of Interest from Law Firms for Eminent Domain and Inverse Condemnation Litigation Services

The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) is seeking letters of interest from law firms experienced in eminent domain and inverse condemnation litigation to represent NDOT in cases in Clark County. NDOT intends to create a pool of qualified attorneys from which to assign such cases. All questions in response to this solicitation shall be directed to Dennis Gallagher, Chief Deputy Attorney General, Transportation Division, at 1263 South Stewart Street, Room 315, Carson City, Nevada 89712 or faxed to (775) 888-7309 or emailed to acoffman@ag.nv.gov. To be considered for inclusion in this pool of qualified attorneys, interested firms must submit letters of interest demonstrating their experience and qualifications in the subject litigation. Resumes of each attorney applying for consideration are to be attached to the letters of interest. For those firms who previously provided their experience and qualifications to NDOT, please include in your written responses only those changes or updates to such information. Written responses will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 1, 2015, at the Nevada Department of Transportation, 1263 South Stewart Street, Room 315, Carson City, Nevada 89712. The right is reserved to reject any or all letters of interest or to accept those letters of interest best suited for the interests of the State of Nevada, in the sole discretion of NDOT.
