Nevada Attorney Tara Newberry to Present CLE Seminar about Legal Options for the Nevada Homeowner

On Wednesday, November 4, 2015, from 1:00 to 3:15 p.m., the Clark County Bar Association (CCBA) will host a seminar for members of the bar and the supporting legal community.
The seminar ” 5th Annual Legal Options for the Nevada Homeowner” will feature Nevada attorney Tara D. Newberry as the speaker. Tara will present information relevant to Nevada and federal laws regarding real estate transactions relevant to homeowners in Nevada.
As a police officer in Cinicinnati, Tara investigated crimes, pursued criminals and sought to improve the quality of life for the community she served. Now as an attorney, she continues to help others. This is the fifth year Tara has taught this class for the Clark County Bar Association. Each time, the content changes as laws and the trends in practice change.
Tara is a partner at Conaghan Newberry law firm in Las Vegas. Tara’s practice focuses on consumer advocacy, including practice areas of Bankruptcy, Debt Defense, Foreclosure Defense & Mediation, Fair Debt Collection Practice Act enforcement, Fair Credit Reporting Act enforcement, Short Sale Negotiation, & Telephone Consumer Privacy Act enforcement.
This seminar is designed to provide 2 General CLE credits for Nevada attorneys and will be held in the classroom at the Clark County Bar Association located at 717 South 8th Street in downtown Las Vegas.
