Nevada Attorney Sean Brohawn and Digital Forensics Expert Ira Victor to Present CLE Seminar about Digital Evidence, Discovery Issues
On Wednesday, November 18, 2015, from Noon to 1:30 p.m., the Clark County Bar Association (CCBA) will host a seminar for members of the bar and the supporting legal community.
The seminar ” Digital Forensics in Litigation: Foot-Dragging Trips You, Not Them” will feature Nevada attorney Sean Brohawn and digital forensics expert Ira Victor as the speakers. Sean will present information relevant to Nevada and federal laws regarding digital evidence and ethical issues related to digital data.
Ira Victor has more than two decades of information security and digital forensics experience. He’s performed significant work in payment systems, hosted enterprise mail, incident response, data forensics, and eDiscovery.
Sean Brohawn is currently an attorney at Brohawn Law Firm LLC in Reno, Nevada. His practice areas focus on real estate and business litigation. He has significant experience in the management of digital evidence at various stages of civil litigation.
This seminar is designed to provide 1 General and .5 Ethics CLE credits for Nevada attorneys and will be held in the classroom at the Clark County Bar Association located at 717 South 8th Street in downtown Las Vegas.
