Nevada Attorney Brian Dziminski to Present CLE Seminar about Data Protection Law
On Tuesday, November 17, 2015, from Noon to 1:00 p.m., the Clark County Bar Association (CCBA) will host a seminar for members of the bar and the supporting legal community.
The seminar ” Data Protection Law – What Nevada Attorneys Need to Know” will feature Nevada attorney Brian R. Dziminski as the speaker. Brian will present information relevant to Nevada and federal laws regarding security of personal information.
Brian joined the Center for Commercial Law Studies at Queen Mary, University of London to research cloud computing law after obtaining an LLM degree in International Business Law from that same university in 2013. Brian’s research during this time focused on cyberspace law, data protection law and privacy law. Brian primarily worked on providing legal advice to, and conducting research for, the EU-funded research project on Accountability for the Cloud (A4 Cloud Project) in the European Union and the internationally recognized Cloud Legal Project. Brian returned to the United States in 2014 and is currently an attorney at the Law Offices of John Benedict, focusing his local practice on real estate and business transactions and litigation.
This seminar is designed to provide 1 General CLE credit for Nevada attorneys and will be held in the classroom at the Clark County Bar Association located at 717 South 8th Street in downtown Las Vegas.
