On Wednesday, September 14, 2016, from Noon to 1 p.m., the Clark County Bar Association (CCBA) will host a seminar for members of the bar and the supporting legal community.
The seminar “Tips From the Trenches: Leveraging the Power of Mediation” will feature David M. Doto, Esq., LL.M.
This fast paced interactive seminar will address ways that you can maximize client outcomes in mediation. You can expect to gain practical knowledge that will improve your effectiveness with clients in resolving disputes outside of the courtroom. Participation and dialogue are encouraged – mediation-related questions and comments will be welcome!
David M. Doto, Esq., LL.M currently serves as a judicial appointee in Clark County, Nevada, and is also an adjunct professor of law at UNLV and Pepperdine University. Drawing from his extensive experience as the former director for the Conflict Transformation Institute of CoralBridge Partners, LLC, and as a former litigator, mediator, group facilitator, and conflict coach, David provides various training services, including conflict management and de-escalation, mediation, mediation advocacy, decision making skills, emotional intelligence in the workplace, and conflict management systems design.
