Applications to Serve as Pro Tem Hearing Masters in Family Court Due Before March 28, 2014

Nevada attorneys who are interested in serving as hearing masters in Clark County’s family courts are asked to submit their applications before March 28, 2014. In a memo dated February 28, 2014, by Presiding Judge Charles J. Hoskin of the Eighth Judicial District Court’s Family Division, the court has several specialty courts to be served: domestic violence/TPO, child support/paternity, mental commitment, guardianship, juvenile delinquency and dependency, discovery and truancy.

Whether an attorney has previously served as a pro tem or not, the court requires all interested attorneys to submit an application before March 28, 2014.
