Supreme Court of Nevada Order Amends Rules Regarding the Preservation, Access, and Sealing of Court Records

On December 30, 2014, the Supreme Court of Nevada filed an administrative order (ADKT 0410) amending Rule 2 of the Policy for Handling Filed, Lodged, and Presumptively Confidential Documents; and amending Rule 6 of the Nevada Electronic Filing and Conversion Rules.
