CCBA holds one set of four seats to the 51′s regular season home schedule. CCBA members—with the exception of law students—can request the use of the tickets. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and non-transferrable. Recipients will receive 4 tickets for one (1) game only, along with a one-day parking pass. CCBA membership must be renewed for the CLE Passport to remain valid from January through March during the upcoming membership years. COMMUNIQUÉ has been recognized four times with a Luminary Award for Excellence in Special Publications—the national award presented by the country’s bar associations through the National Association of Bar Executives’ Communications Section. Those issues honored were October 1995—CCBA’s 40th Anniversary; April 1996—an in-depth look at Western State’s proposed unaccredited, for-profit law school in Nevada; August 1998—judicial election preview and candidate information; and July/August 2000—Lloyd D. Listing in “THE LAW GUIDE”
The Clark County Bar Association (CCBA) and the Las Vegas Business Press are teaming up again to provide the business community with an annual publication filled with legal connections.
The 2016 edition of The Law Guide will be a glossy magazine that includes a listing of Southern Nevada law firms. The estimated circulation is 11,000 and the planned distribution includes readers of the Las Vegas Business Press and delivery to multiple locations (including Clark County libraries). The publication date for the 2016 edition has been set for September 12, 2016 by the LVBP.
This glossy magazine will contain a listing of Clark County law firms. In addition, business owners and managers will find legal resource contacts, making this a valuable ongoing resource. The magazine will also include Clark County Bar Association member attorneys listed by areas of practice. The member attorney list will be provided by the Clark County Bar Association, and CCBA Members must sign up to be included in this publication.
Note: This complimentary listing is available only to CCBA’s attorney members and is not automatically included with membership. Each attorney member will need to submit a sign up form (or e-mail) requesting to be listed in each edition of The Law Guide.
