About the speakers:
- Bryce K. Earl is a shareholder with the law firm of Cotton, Driggs, Walch, Holley, Woloson & Thompson (www.cottondriggs.com). Mr. Earl received a Masters of Information Systems Management degree from BYU’s Marriott School of Management and a Juris Doctor degree from BYU’s J. Rueben Clark Law School. By combining his background in information systems and law, he helps clients implement a customized intellectual property plan to enhance and protect their business.
- Bart J. Verdirame is Counsel for IBM Software Group within the IBM Corporation. Bart received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and has served as in-house counsel at various technology companies in Las Vegas since 1999, most recently serving as General Counsel for TRIRIGA prior to joining IBM in 2011.
