A CLE seminar to benefit the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada Effects on Custody After Fleeing Domestic Violence Speakers: The Honorable Robert W. Teuton, Family Court Judge, Department D Marshal S. Willick, The Willick Law Group
Learn about the role domestic violence plays in family law cases, including how the Court responds to otherwise typical child custody situations; the case law affecting custody, modifications of custody, and visitation; the impact of domestic violence on child support and relocation; jurisdictional considerations; and, much more.

When: Friday, April 5, 2013 – 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Where: Zenoff Hall Training Center, 601 N. Pecos Road (located behind Family Court)
