MAY 7, 2012 - LAS VEGAS. On Thursday, May 31 and Thursday, June 21, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., attorneys can attend the free one-hour training on the e-filing system used in the civil division of the Las Vegas Justice Court. The training session will be held in the ODC training room 3 (room 1145 first floor) at Clark County Government Center located at 500 S. Grand Central Pkwy. Free parking is available. The session is limited to 50 participants.

Through e-filing, documents can be submitted electronically to the Justice Court 24 hours-a-day from any computer with Internet access. Notice can be sent electronically to opposing counsel and persons representing themselves through their e-mail address as part of the e-file transaction. All e-filed documents are automatically routed to the court case and document management systems and all filings are stored electronically and can be reviewed in the filing party’s order status page.

Users can file through Odyssey E-File & Serve at www.wiznet.com for a charge of $3 for each document or they can E-File documents free of charge at the scanning stations located in the Civil Law Self-Help Center on the first floor of the Regional Justice Center, 200 Lewis Ave. or in the Justice Court Clerk's Civil Customer Service office located on the second floor.
