The program will examine what every lawyer should know about asset protection planning.  Starting with the fundamental principles underlying every asset protection transaction you will first gain an understanding of how to pick an appropriate structure for a specific client, how to plan for last minute and for high-risk clients and how to minimize successful fraudulent transfer challenges and your own exposure.  You will then learn about the most often used structures and what you need to do to make them work.  The program will conclude with an examination of the most cutting-edge techniques currently available.  Program materials are over 120 pages, and are very detailed, well researched and well cited.  The speaker has taught over 500 seminars on asset protection and has authored books, white papers and numerous articles.
