COURSE DESCRIPTION:

In State v. District Court (Armstrong), 127 Nev. Adv. Op. No. 84, December 29, 2011, the Nevada Supreme Court considered the admissibility retrograde extrapolation evidence to estimate a defendant's blood alcohol level at a point in time based on a blood sample taken at a later point of time.
