Seeking Liberty Bell Award Nominations Nomination Deadline: March 31, 2011. Each year, in conjunction with Law Day, the Clark County Law Foundation (CCLF) presents Liberty Bell Awards to members of our community in order to recognize outstanding services. This award will be presented to the recipient(s) at the Clark County Bar Association's May luncheon. - Encourages greater respect for the law and the courts.
- Stimulates a deeper sense of individual responsibility so citizens recognize their duties as well as their rights.
- Contributes to the effective functioning of our governmental institutions.
- Fosters a better understanding and appreciation of the law.
