(For Web placement, artwork, payment for first months posting and signed advertising agreement must be received by the 28th of the month preceding the desired calendar month (i.e., July 28 for August 1 through August 31 exposure). CCBA may take up to 72 hours to post online after confirmed placement. Please note that there is no discount for partial month placement; placements accepted after the 1st of the month do not receive a pro-rated discount.)

For CCBA members only, this fee can be waived in exchange for the 10% membership discount on ad placements.

Artwork requirements for banner ads must be submitted at the correct dimensions and must be submitted as an electronic graphic file in the following accepted electronic formats: .PNG, .JPG, or .GIF. via This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Artwork design (including all elements used to make artwork) resolution settings must be 96 DPI (dots per inch).

Color should be formatted with RGB settings.

Delivery of Artwork: Artwork should be sent via  This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . It is the responsibility of the advertiser to secure delivery of artwork to the webmaster.

In order to receive a full month of exposure on the Web site, signed advertising agreement, artwork and payment for the first month of posting must be received by CCBA before the first of the month. CCBA may take up to 72 hours to post. Please note that there is no discount for partial month placement; placements accepted after the 1st of the month do not receive a pro-rated discount. All orders not cancelable after an ad is posted.

All banner/button ads may be updated once per month. Additional updates may be charged at rate equal to applicable design fees per update.

Discounts available:

• CCBA Member Discount: CCBA Members have a choice of either 10% off of ad rate or free ad design with artwork built by CCBA to required dimensions and format required (see "Artwork Requirements" information for details). CCBA members do not receive the discount if artwork submitted does not meet these artwork requirements.
• CCBA Members who purchase banner/button advertising on the Web site AND display advertising in Communiqué will receive an additional 5% off for their Web site Banner Ads.
• Agency Discount: Recognized advertising agencies ONLY receive a 15% discount. CCBA members represented by an ad agency do not receive both the agency discount and the member discount.
