Use Market Place to list employment opportunities, offer a service to attorneys, advertise office space or sell items. Market Place uses the following classifications for categorizing the ads: EMPLOYMENT, EMPLOYMENT WANTED, ITEMS FOR SALE, OFFICE SPACE, REAL ESTATE and SERVICES. You may suggest a category; however, classification of all ads is at CCBA's discretion and may be changed without notice. Market Place is a classified ad style of listing. For information on banner advertising, visit our advertising page. Ad Placement on www.clarkcountybar.org is easy. A single ad placement is for one calendar month. CCBA members pay $25 for up to 30 words plus 50¢ per additional word. Non-members pay $50 up to 30 words and $1.00 per additional word. Any element surrounded by spaces is a word. Any word commonly found in the dictionary counts as one word, as do abbreviations, phone numbers, portions of an address, e-mail addresses, Web sites and URLs. Punctuation is free. Please note that the first word (or first few words) of your ad will be bolded as a matter of style; however, there are no format choices (i.e., headers, titles or blank line spacing.) Please check your ad for accuracy. CCBA is not responsible for errors that appear after 24 hours after initial placement. Pre-payment is required. Classifieds are non-commission-able and must be paid in advance. Ad copy (plus month of placement indicated) and remittance must be received by the 28th of the month preceding the desired calendar month (e.g., June 28 for July 1 through July 31 exposure). Ad placements may be posted up to 72 hours after initial placement. Please note that there is no discount for partial month placement; placements accepted after the 1st of the month do not receive a pro-rated discount. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations are not accepted after the 1st of the month or 24 hours after initial placement. To receive a full refund, you must make a written request no more that 24 hours after initial placement.
