Formed in the winter of 2003, The Presidents Council is a regional grouping of bar associations in the Southern Nevada area. The Clark County Bar Association has been hosting the meetings at the Clark County Bar Center located within the James E. Rogers Building at 725 S. Eighth St., Las Vegas, Nevada 89101.
